How to solve 1 x 1 GIF Image error while opening links on Browsers

Internet is one of the most easily accessible friend for the people around the globe. In the last decade , many useful improvements have been made in the area if internet to make it more secure , more user friendly. However, most of us have observed that , there are certain issues / problem , which are encountered during its usage. Sometimes, while opening a hyperlink , only a single coloured screen (mostly Black) appears with no error message. In the title of the page , GIF Image  1 X 1 is written. This is the most common error faced due to Ad-blocker scripts or programmes. Here are the possible solutions of this error.

To solve the error of 1 x 1 GIF image, implement following steps .

1. First of all, try to disable each type of Ad-blocker programs . Such programs / extensions / scripts can be found in your Anti-virus software or browser extensions gallery.

2. After disabling such program , try to reload the website / URL . If you can see the whole page properly, just directly navigate to step 4.

3. If you still can not access the URL and the same title is showing , clear your browser cookies / caches and restart the browser. Your problem will be solved.

4. Disabling Ad-Blocker scripts/program  will lead you to slow page loading speed and malware issues. Hence, one can not always keep Ad-Blocker disabled or off.If you are using the default Ad-Blocker of your Anti Virus program , just add an exception for the site, which you visit frequently and gives you such problem. If  you are using other Ad-Blockers , just go through the program/extension/add-on settings , and you’ll find an option to add exception.

By following the above steps , you can easily access any website without any problem.

Reason for this error :

Some Ad-Blocker programs have a scripting that suspects some specific sites as AdWares and automatically disables their loading. If you are using good Ad-Blocker software , it’ll show you a message about the same. However, most of the popular Ad-blockers do not show such error message and directly shows a blank screen with Grey background.
